Keurig’s K-Duo Pod-and-Carafe Brewer Is 41% Off at Amazon
The Keurig K-Duo Hot & Iced is about $130 at Amazon, DealsFinders reports, down from a list price of roughly $220. That’s 41% off the version of the K-Duo that brews either a single K-Cup or a full pot.
The K-Duo is really two brewers sharing one body. One side takes pods, the other has a glass carafe for ground coffee, and both draw from the same 72-ounce reservoir, according to retailer listings. The carafe side brews 6 to 12 cups and can be set to start on a timer, and the pod side does 6 to 12 ounces with strong-brew and over-ice settings. Make sure the listing says Hot & Iced and isn’t the K-Duo Essentials, a simpler, cheaper sibling that looks a lot alike.
DealsFinders’ own post was vague on the exact price, showing it only as $129 and change and telling readers to confirm it at checkout. This price isn’t new, either: Slickdeals users spotted the same model at $129.99 on Amazon back in June, and Target listings have recently run between $150 and $170.
Our take: if your house splits between one-cup mornings and full-pot weekends, this is the K-Cup brewer to look at, and $130 is about as low as it usually goes. Ground coffee in the carafe also works out much cheaper per cup than pods, which our cost-per-cup breakdown spells out. We couldn’t confirm the price ourselves, so check the current price on Amazon.
