Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Drops to $99 Ahead of Prime Day

The Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ is down to $99 at Amazon and Target, HuffPost reports, about $30 off its $129.99 list price and roughly a week before Amazon’s October Prime Day event starts.

The Pop+ is the smallest machine in the Vertuo line. According to HuffPost, it makes 5, 8 and 12 oz coffees plus single and double espresso, holds 25 oz of water in a removable tank, and warns you when it’s time to descale. It comes in six colors and ships with a sampler of pods, so you can find out which blends you like before buying a full sleeve.

Before you add it to the cart, remember what you’re signing up for. Vertuo pods are made only by Nespresso, which reads a barcode on each one to set the brew, so you can’t shop around for cheaper third-party capsules like you can with a Keurig or an OriginalLine machine. Nespresso does take the aluminum pods back for recycling.
